Terms of use and pre-registration

1. Operator and organiser

The website worldofdancefrance.com and pre-registration for World of Dance France are operated by World of Dance Tour Inc., a company incorporated in the United States (the “Organiser”, “we”).

Hosting: Hosting Ukraine (ukraine.com.ua), servers located in Germany.

2. Scope

These terms govern your use of the website and your pre-registration application for World of Dance France, planned for the first half of 2027. By submitting the form, you accept these terms.

3. What pre-registration is

Pre-registration is free and non-binding for you.

It is not a final registration, a ticket or a guarantee of participation. Spots are limited; participants are selected through a video pre-selection at the Organiser’s discretion.

Selected applicants will receive an invitation by email after the official announcement. The final participation terms (rules, dates, venue, any entry fees) will be communicated at that point and will prevail over the information on this website.

4. Who can apply

The form must be completed by an adult (18 or older): the participant or the team’s representative / leader. For any participant under 18, the representative confirms they are the legal guardian or have the consent of the parents or guardians.

You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information. Incomplete or inaccurate applications, or applications with a non-public video link, may not be processed.

5. Videos

The video link must point to publicly accessible content. We view it only to assess the application; we do not download or republish your video without your separate consent.

You confirm that you have the right to share the link and that the people appearing in the video have agreed to its publication.

6. Event information

The information published (timing, formats, qualification for the finals in Las Vegas at the World of Dance Summit) is indicative and may change. The Organiser may modify, postpone or cancel the event or any format; pre-registered applicants will be informed by email.

7. Intellectual property

“World of Dance”, the logos and the website content are protected. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

8. Liability

The website is provided as is. We do our best to keep it available and accurate but cannot guarantee it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

9. Personal data

How we process your data is described in our privacy policy.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the last-updated date is shown at the top of the page. These terms are governed by the law applicable at the Organiser’s place of incorporation, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. If you have a question or complaint, please write to us first — we always look for an amicable solution.
